Male, born in July 1970, Yuanyang, Henan Province, lecturer.
He graduated from Hohai University in 1994 with a bachelor's degree in water conservancy, work as a counselor in the same year. In 2007, he completed the study of water conservancy and hydropower engineering at Hohai University and obtained a master's degree in engineering. He used to be served as the Deputy Director of the Asset Management Division, the Director of the Procurement Center, the Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of the school of Water Conservancy and Hydroelectric Power, the Director of the Capital Construction Division, and the Director of the Asset Management Division. From August 2017 to August 2019, he served as the head of the Jiangbei New Area regiment of the Jiangsu Provincial Science and Technology Town Chief, the deputy director of the Party and Mass Department and the deputy director of the Science and Technology Innovation Bureau of Jiangbei New Area. And now the secretary of the Party Committee of the school of Water Conservancy and Hydroelectric Power.
He had a long career in Party and administrative management in colleges and universities. He was awarded the honorary titles of Outstanding League Cadre in colleges and universities of Jiangsu Province, as well as exemplary individual in Jiangsu Province's education work (Outstanding Communist Party Member), etc.
